Detailed Job Description
- Ensure compliance with Kalispel Tribe of Indians - Internal Controls and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures.
- Responsible for clearing tables using tray service, resetting them for new guests, and maintaining tables according to venue standards.
- Refill water, deliver beverages, bread service throughout meal, and clear all soiled dishes from the table after guests finish eating.
- Be knowledgeable about wine and alcoholic beverages/garnishes, answering guest questions when requested.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One to three months of related experience and/or training helpful.
- Able to memorize menu items and daily specials.
- Prior bussing or serving experience a plus.
- Skill in identifying and resolving problems under pressure conditions.
