Northern State University is accepting applications for the Football Offensive Line coaching position.
The Offensive Line coach is a vital position within the college football program. This individual will be responsible for coaching the offensive line and ensuring that the team performs at its best during games. The Offensive Line coach will be evaluated based on the competitiveness of the program, the dedication to the mission, vision, and values of the program, overall student-athlete development in sport, school, and life, and for establishing a subculture in which the coach is viewed by the studentathletes as a mentor, educator, and role model.
One of the key responsibilities of the Offensive Line Coach is to serve as the travel coordinator for the Football program. This is a crucial role in ensuring the team is prepared for road trips and travels efficiently and stays within the budget. Other additional duties may be assigned the Head Coach.
Overall, the Offensive Line coach is an integral part of the coaching staff and will contribute significantly to the success of the football program. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, a deep knowledge of offensive football strategies, analytics, decision-making, a commitment to compliance with all NCAA, NSIC and University rules and regulations as well as dedication to academic development of student-athletes.
