Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Football Coach for a seasonal position at Oakville Middle / High School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and developing young athletes, as well as a deep knowledge of the game of football.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the football program
- Help plan and execute practices and game strategies
- Provide instruction and feedback to players on technique, skills, and game performance
- Attend all team meetings, practices, and games
- Help supervise team activities, including weight training and conditioning sessions
- Foster a positive team culture and sportsmanship among players
- Assist with equipment inventory and maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Athletic Director
