Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with manufacturers, and providing technical expertise to clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, conducting presentations and meetings, preparing reports, and working both remotely and on-site as required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in client relationship management and business development
- Technical background or familiarity with Test & Measurement, RF & Microwave, Data Acquisition, and Environmental Simulation industries
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored technical solutions
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and across both remote and on-site settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
