- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, including treatment plans, assessments, progress notes, supervision notes, and contact communication notes.
- Performance Standards: Strive to achieve all of the programs' Performance Standards each month, supporting team members in achieving client outcomes.
- Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
- Consultation and Education: Offer consultation, psycho-education, and therapy to parents and/or school staff on behavioral interventions.
- Behavioral Interventions: Develop and model appropriate behavioral interventions in home, school, and community settings.
- Clinical Coordination: Coordinate clinical and case management information/direction with other professionals and agencies.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in the Human Services and eligibility for licensure in the field of study.
- Experience working with children, youth, and families is ideal.
