The Community and School Based Mobile Therapist will provide one-on-one interventions to a child or adolescent at home, school, and community settings. The MT will facilitate individual, group and family therapy. The MT works closely with the school staff to promote, teach and train school staff on therapeutic and behavioral interventions to help identified clients reach their treatment plan goals. The MT will meet with family members to provide family therapy, behavioral intervention strategies and support in the home, school and community settings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Complete all assigned paperwork in a timely and professional manner, such as treatment plans, assessments, progress notes, supervision notes and contact communication notes.
2. Follow and strive to achieve all of the programs Performance Standards each month. Support your team in achieving the performance standards and client outcomes.
3. Provides clinical & administrative supervision of BHT-Behavioral health technician
4. Provides consultation, psycho-education and therapy to parents and / or school staff on behavioral interventions.
5. Develop and model appropriate behavioral interventions in the home school and community settings.
6. Coordinates clinical & case management information / direction with other professionals and agencies.

Qualifications, Education, and / or Experience
Mobile Therapist will hold a Master's degree in the Human Services and be licensed eligible in their field of study. Ideally have experience working with children and youth and families.
