PE or teachers with coaching experience preferred.
This is a part time position. Limited hours based on your availability. Most of our classes are for beginners in preK-5th grade. Some of our sports include: soccer, Tball/baseball, basketball, toddler multi sports, flag football, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to lead 1 on 1 instruction/group with players of various skill levels
- Plan and conduct sports practices and training sessions
- Develop and implement effective coaching strategies and techniques
- Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies of different sports
- Provide guidance and support to players during games and competitions
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively motivate and inspire players
- Experience working with students or athletes in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to meet the needs of individual players
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

- Weekends only
