What You'll Do:
- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies – Create and implement regional sales and marketing initiatives that drive patient referrals, increase new patient exams, and grow net production revenue.
- Lead & Inspire – Manage and mentor a team of Community Relations Representatives, providing guidance on outreach efforts, referral-building initiatives, and local events.
- Strengthen Community Partnerships – Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dentists, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
- Leverage Data & Analytics – Monitor CRM insights, track regional performance trends, and adjust strategies for maximum growth and ROI.
- Event Execution – Oversee the planning and execution of local events, health fairs, school programs, and grand openings to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
- Optimize Marketing Campaigns – Evaluate performance metrics, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with overarching organizational objectives.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- A background in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare, orthodontics, or a related field.

Prerequisites for Success:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in multi-location sales and marketing management required; healthcare or service industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies from planning to execution
- Intermediate knowledge of sales or business management software
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
