What Were Looking For
As an Adobe Analytics Architect at Northern, you will be the key strategic and technical advisor for implementing and optimizing Adobe Analytics solutions for our clients. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, architect scalable analytics frameworks, and ensure actionable insights are delivered to help businesses achieve their goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design robust Adobe Analytics implementations tailored to client business objectives.
- Create scalable analytics frameworks, including solution design reference documentation (SDR), variable mappings, and tracking plans.
- Lead the configuration, deployment, and management of Adobe Analytics (Experience Cloud) platforms.
- Oversee tagging and data collection strategies, including working with tag management systems like Adobe Launch.
- Integrate Adobe Analytics with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Target, Audience Manager, Campaign) and third-party platforms.
- Enable data activation use cases such as audience segmentation, personalization, and attribution modeling.
- Audit existing implementations to identify and resolve gaps or inefficiencies.
- Optimize reporting structures and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to define KPIs, goals, and tracking requirements.
- Partner with clients to ensure alignment of solutions with their business strategy and objectives.
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to clients and internal teams on Adobe Analytics tools and best practices.
- Create documentation and deliver workshops to drive adoption and understanding.
Knowledge, Education & Experience Required
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture) and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics Workspace, segmentation, calculated metrics, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom tracking and tagging.
- Experience with Adobe Launch (or other tag management systems) for tag implementation and management.
- Familiarity with API integrations and server-side tracking methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics concepts, data collection techniques, and attribution modeling.
- Ability to translate business goals into measurable KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies, implement scalable solutions, and optimize data flows.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.

- Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Analytics Architect, Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner).
- Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Target, Audience Manager).
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on analytics implementation.
- Familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization best practices.
