What Were Looking For
As Northern's Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing multi-channel analytics solutions. Leveraging Adobe CJA, you will help clients unify and analyze customer data across touchpoints, empowering them to make informed, data-driven decisions. Your expertise will guide the development of holistic insights that drive business outcomes and exceptional customer experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Adobe CJA solutions, integrating data from multiple sources to create a unified customer view.
- Develop scalable data schemas and mapping plans to align with client business objectives.
- Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to ingest and manage customer data from online and offline sources.
- Ensure seamless integration between Adobe CJA, AEP, and other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Enable advanced analytics capabilities such as pathing, cohort analysis, and multi-channel attribution.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations within CJA to present actionable insights.
- Define and document implementation workflows, governance standards, and data management best practices.
- Oversee the deployment and testing of solutions to ensure high-quality, accurate data processing.
- Partner with clients to identify key metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to ensure successful delivery of customer journey insights.
- Provide hands-on training to clients and internal teams to maximize the adoption and utilization of Adobe CJA.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer materials to support ongoing use.
Knowledge, Education & Experience Required
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for data ingestion and processing.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and real-time data pipelines.
- Experience with APIs, SQL, and other data manipulation tools for advanced data integration.
- Familiarity with JSON schemas, identity stitching, and cross-device tracking.
- Deep knowledge of customer journey mapping, multi-touch attribution, and segmentation strategies.
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting data integrity issues and optimizing workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

- Experience integrating other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Audience Manager, Campaign).
- Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe CJA Practitioner, Adobe Analytics Architect).
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and third-party data tools.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data strategies.
