Job Summary The Patient Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for all individuals who contact or arrive at the Rehabilitation Services Clinic, providing an outstanding first and final impression of the clinics. You will perform a variety of clerical duties to ensure accurate and timely patient care.# # Compensation We are committed to providing wage ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, education#and internal equity considerations. The hourly wage range for this position is: $18.55-$26.19.#This range reflects the base salary for this position. Key Accountabilities Greet patients and visitors arriving or calling Rehabilitation Services; answer inquiries or refer questions to other staff. Register patients by obtaining and updating demographic and insurance information Verify insurance information, review charges and submit billing. Schedule appointments for patients seeking the services of therapists. Prepare daily schedules for each therapist and prepare charts for scheduled appointments.
