Job Summary
The Purchasing/Inventory Specialist position is responsible for researching and analyzing product needs, maintaining accurate product information in the central supply database and purchasing products for the facility.

We are committed to providing wage ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, education and internal equity considerations. The hourly wage range for this position is: $17.66-$24.93. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
Key Accountabilities

Monitors department storerooms and CSR, maintaining PAR levels and restocking using data.

Receives daily freight deliveries and delivers them to their location.

Scans or uses inventory list to pull and deliver needed items for their department daily.

Enters all movement of product in the Supply Chain information system daily.

Ensures departments have adequate supplies by communicating and problem-solving with end users regarding their products, orders and changes in supply.

Manages back orders and substitutions.

Actively searches for contract pricing and vendors-assists departments with product standardization.

Manages all shipping processes and receives shipments accurately.
Qualifications

High school Diploma/GED

Monday through Friday

Shifts primarily weekdays, 6:30am-3:00pm; must be flexible to decrease hours per department need

Must have availability to work holidays if falls on a weekday
