We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Body Shop Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the body shop operations by managing administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. Your efforts will ensure that our customers experience seamless service from start to finish in their automotive repair journey.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Management : Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and other essential documentation.

Customer Interaction : Assist customers with inquiries, providing information on services and repair status.

Billing and Invoicing : Prepare and process invoices for body shop services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Team Support : Provide administrative support to the body shop team and assist with various tasks as needed.

Communication : Facilitate effective communication between the body shop and other departments within Northgate Ford.

Requirements

Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience : Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred, preferably in an automotive setting.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Organizational Skills : Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Customer Service : A positive attitude and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
