RATE : $34-35
SHIFTS : 7AM-3 : 30PM, Weekdays, Full-Time | 3PM-11PM, Every Other Weekend, Full-Time

3 Shift Differential for evening shift
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and oversee unit operations, ensuring exceptional resident care.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain compliance with regulations and infection control standards.
Requirements :
Active RN license in NY.
Leadership experience or a desire to advance into a leadership role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
