The Landscape Supervisor (age 18 ) is responsible for leading the daily directives of our landscaping staff. This is a SEASONAL, full-time position and reports to the Facilities Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative Duties
- Complete required reports on a timely basis
- Assist with the scheduling of staff, monitoring payroll, and maintaining compliance with labor budget
- Daily Duties
- Monitor and maintain the condition of the Camp-Resort’s property, facilities, and equipment
- Respond to grounds and landscaping requests in a timely manner
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from start to finish
- Other Essential Duties
- Comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with park and home office departments
- Coordinate and oversee various projects from start to finish
- Respond to guest inquiries using the company’s service recovery guidelines
- Utilize and learn reservation system for daily planning
- Participate in other projects and activities as assigned
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- General landscaping, groundskeeping, and management experience required
- Experience with hand tools, motorized landscaping equipment required
- Experience with heavy equipment a plus (tractors, bulldozers, forklifts, backhoes, etc.)

- Valid driver’s license
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Regularly move throughout the park
- Continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl
- Able to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to reach, carry, lift, etc.
- Constant exposure to outside weather conditions
