We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a role that combines hands-on marketing execution with project management responsibilities.
This position drives our organization's paid digital and traditional marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth workflow coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will manage our social media presence, execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, coordinate traditional media placements, and serve as the primary project manager for our team.
Essential Job Functions:
Digital Marketing & Social Media
· Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms
· Manage paid social advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
· Create and optimize audience targeting strategies
· Track and analyze social media metrics and ROI
· Monitor industry trends and implement best practices
Traditional Media Management
· Research and evaluate traditional advertising opportunities
· Coordinate media placements across print, outdoor, radio, and transit
· Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
· Monitor and optimize advertising budget allocation
Project & Operations Management
· Lead project management system administration and workflow optimization
using Monday.com
· Track project timelines and deliverables
· Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration
· Support clinic collateral handling
· Assist with invoicing and department office support
Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Education: Two-year degree in marketing, communications, or comparable degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of two years managing social paid advertising campaigns
- Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Comprehensive understanding of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Project management experience with Monday.com or similar CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred Experience
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
