Primary Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting and administering the daily operations of the departments under Operations (Maintenance, Security, Parking, Assist with Lighting and AIr-Conditioning Setting where needed per director, and Housekeeping). This position supports the team administratively with disbursements, quotes, etc. and acts as a liaison between staff and vendors as they relate to various projects throughout the campus.
Status: Full-time (40 hrs/week)/Exempt

Competencies
- Support the Operations team by organizing and lining up details for upcoming projects. Make phone calls, pull permits and communicate with vendors regularly.
- Maintain inventory of supplies; reorders as needed or as directed. Complete the ordering, and disbursement of purchase for the departments.
- Processing of invoices, purchasing cards, et cetera.
- Obtain status reports from Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security and give them to the Director.
- Assist in training with the Director.
- Assist the Director with outside jobs of the church which pertain to Housekeeping, Maintenance, or Security.
- Assist, when needed, with maintaining records of the Community Service Worker program and Parolees, and regularly report back to the Executive Director.
- Oversee vehicle management, maintenance and reservations for all vehicles for the church.
- Support the Security/Parking team, as needed, for services or campus events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Credentials (Educational & Professional Requirements)
- EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years experience supporting maintenance operations in an administrative capacity.
- Scheduling for different departments.
- Supervising in Security Capacity.
- Working closely with Chief Operating Officers on different details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite products or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs. Knowledge of how to use.
- Knowledge of how to Mac or Apple Products.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Working with COO of Budgets.
- EDUCATIONAL:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- SYSTEM/SOFTWARE:
- Experience with Google Suites, Planner and Trello systems, PowerPoints
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Many periods of sitting, working at a desk, making spot checks in all departments.
- Based on project support, may be required to work outdoors or in inclement weather.
- Could be asked to lift up to 50 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
