Job Overview
This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise security applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and expertise in access control, video surveillance, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security applications (ACS, VMS, intrusion detection).
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and optimizations.
- Assist in configuration and deployment of security applications.
- Support clients by understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and document best practices.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in security applications (LenelS2, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon, Milestone).
- Knowledge of video surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
- Experience with network protocols, databases, and system integrations.
- Ability to write SQL queries and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and enterprise system architecture.
- Experience with scripting or programming (Python, SQL, or similar).
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
