Warehouse Specialist

Full Time Warehouse Picker/Packer Position (40 hours/week);

Mon-Thurs (7:00am – 4:30pm), Friday (7:00am – 11am)

$15.00 per hour (Starting)

This is a full-time entry-level position with a great schedule! Mon-Thurs (7:00am – 4:30pm), Friday (7:00am – 11am). This position is mainly responsible for filling (picking and packing) customer orders. Other duties may include building boxes, stickering products, wrapping pallets, or receiving inventory. You will be a valuable part of the Northland team, ensuring the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

Duties:

• Use RF guns for picking orders, refilling bins
• Refilling bins from overstock
• Double-check the integrity of received inventory & picked orders
• Check the accuracy of work order quantities.
• Completing orders promptly.
• Boxing orders appropriately for shipping
• Weekly cycle counting of physical inventory
• Other duties assigned as needed by Supervisor

Skills/Qualifications:

We will train you, but you must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions. Qualified individuals must possess high attention to detail, and have strong time management and organization skills. Be a team player! Must have basic computer skills, some product knowledge, and willingness to learn and work as a team. Ability to push, pull, kneel, stoop, bend, and reach overhead. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; not continuously. The majority of the shift is standing or walking.
