Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring that all items are handled safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing orders.
- Assist with picking, packing, and staging products for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and Forklift as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and inventory management.
- 8 hour shift 5am - 1:30pm
Experience
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and order processing.
- Experience with order picking, packing, and stock management is beneficial.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift safely and effectively.
