Position Responsibilities
Develop deep understanding of how we connect to our customers – the commercial real estate business, user personas and needs, success outcomes.
Bring experience in digital best practices, including email marketing platforms, web site development / optimization, SEO, and integration with CRM platforms.
Supports the implementation of Agile methodology, identifying opportunities to advance Agile principles at the team and program level
Concise documentation and communication of personas, story maps, roadmaps, integration points.
Partner with Digital Marketing team as they evaluate and prioritize digital initiatives to drive organizational growth and collaborate in the development of roadmaps and delivery plans to execute the plans across multiple stakeholders
Collaborate with business operations, other Product Owners, UX, development teams and digital marketing agencies on design and iterative delivery
Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change
Technical and system architecture design of digital platforms
Integrate architecture to connect multiple types of technology systems across an enterprise including Salesforce and Snowflake
What We're Looking For :
7 years of experience in managing large complex initiatives in positions of increasing responsibility in product management
3 years of experience working on digital platforms with demonstrated experience with marketing technology solutions, marketing automation platforms, CRM and data solutions.
Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
Experience working with a distributed team and external agencies
Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight
Ability to organize and lead discovery sessions that result in clear outcomes, features and stories
Technical : Proven ability to design, optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems Skilled in all aspects of system design including story mapping, integration design, business process implementation, etc. Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in iterative, agile solution implementation Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market and technical conditions and future direction
Delivery : Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop roadmaps, features, capabilities and processes Prior experience delivering solutions involving multiple stakeholders ensuring successful and coordinated outcomes Outcome-focused, with a record of defining, tracking and delivering meaningful business results Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies Demonstrate success in leading complex and / or large concurrent initiatives Excellent problem-solving skills Be independent and self-driven
Communication : Extraordinary customer-facing skills with the ability to solve business problems and manage scope in a positive way Ability to elicit requirements and communicate goals and plans clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, digital marketing agencies and other ancillary project members Desire to mentor team members and develop their skills
