Position Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of how we connect to our customers – the commercial real estate business, user personas and needs, success outcomes.
- Bring experience in digital best practices, including email marketing platforms, web site development / optimization, SEO, and integration with CRM platforms.
- Supports the implementation of Agile methodology, identifying opportunities to advance Agile principles at the team and program level
- Concise documentation and communication of personas, story maps, roadmaps, integration points.
- Partner with Digital Marketing team as they evaluate and prioritize digital initiatives to drive organizational growth and collaborate in the development of roadmaps and delivery plans to execute the plans across multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with business operations, other Product Owners, UX, development teams and digital marketing agencies on design and iterative delivery
- Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change
- Technical and system architecture design of digital platforms
- Integrate architecture to connect multiple types of technology systems across an enterprise including Salesforce and Snowflake

The salary range for the Senior Manager - Product Owner position is $160,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
