Position Responsibilities
- Work in partnership across the organization to build the digital vison and prioritize and deploy a strategy roadmap contributing to business priorities and enhancing user engagement.
- Build analytical and research capabilities to inform digital progress, uncover opportunities, and advocate for impactful digital priorities including the leadership of strategies that enhance audience segmentation, targeting, personalization and attribution.
- Oversee efforts to design website experiences, build marketing automation engines, and grow and optimize the marketing technology stack to meet the needs of the growing organization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital end-to-end customer experiences that align with our business goals and enhance client engagement.
- Build lasting relationships with executives and stakeholders to influence enterprise decision making and prioritize business growth contributions.
- Decide in conjunction with business stakeholders the relative priority of strategic digital priorities and make decisions balancing risk-return considerations.
- Create and maintain integrated roadmaps and partner with IT, vendors, and other business partners prioritize and deploy strategies that align with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and external partners and negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure service level agreements and KPIs are met.
- Maintain a pulse on competitor’s positioning and solutions, vendors’ innovations, and industry best practices to deploy thoughtful solutions existing strategies.
- Oversee training and mentorship of team members to ensure they have the knowledge and acumen to deliver impactful and relevant digital solutions; and remove obstacles to success.
- Deliver strategic leadership in the evolution of commercial real estate digital solutions and forge partnerships with sales teams to identify digital opportunities to engage clients.
- Oversee SEO and demand generation processes to ensure top rankings and deliver personalized content across all client journeys.
- Drive continuous process improvement, change management, use of technology and develops best practices within the team.

The salary range for the VP, Digital Marketing position is $210,000.00 to $250,000.00 annually. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
