184 Duty Days - Per Adopted Wage Schedule
Position begins August 11, 2025 for the 2025-2026 school year
A review of applications begin on March 31, 2025 and continue until positions are filled.
Qualifications:
Intervention Specialist licensure required by the State Board of Education.
Must be capable of effectively working with students with a broad range of social, academic and behavioral skills in resource room and inclusion settings.
Must have knowledge of special education laws and procedural requirements.
Previous experience developing and implementing IEPs preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students and families with the education system required.
Ability to adapt/modify classroom materials to meet a range of needs and provide academic interventions required.
Must have the ability to integrate technology into instruction and intervention.
Position requires the ability to provide a consistent and stable classroom environment for students that depend on routine and working with familiar staff.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working with students with behavioral needs preferred.
Must hold current CPI certification or be willing to take district training.
