Northpoint is seeking to add one Associate Manager to the Cincinnati, Ohio office servicing the greater Cincinnati area. The candidate must hold an active Ohio Real Estate license. The candidate will be provided a portfolio of single-family properties to manage and sell. The candidate can also continue to use their license to sell their own client property as well.
Must be a dynamic individual who is able to cut through details, make solid judgment on often complex situations, be well organized, and have good interpersonal and communication skills with clients.

Associate Manager Responsibilities:
- You will assume full property management, leasing, and sales responsibilities for residential properties and Northpoint's business development team will drive new clients to the new manager to grow the portfolio into a large group of properties over the next 12 to 18 months.
- The manager may also provide real estate sales if desired, but the focus is quality management and leasing services of residential property.
- You will assist in the closing process of new clients as well as to provide detailed management and leasing services.
