We are currently seeking an Associate Manager to join our Houston, Texas office, servicing the greater Houston area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage and grow a portfolio of single-family properties while benefiting from Northpoint’s established business development support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management: Oversee daily operations, leasing, and property management for a portfolio of residential properties.
• Leasing & Sales: Utilize your Texas Real Estate license to manage property leasing, as well as sell properties for clients if desired.
• Growth & Development: Northpoint’s business development team will work to drive new clients to help grow your portfolio over the next 12 to 18 months.
• Client Relations: Provide exceptional service to clients, assisting with the closing process and delivering high-quality management services.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• An active Texas Real Estate license.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex situations with ease.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
