NorthPoint Aviation is looking for a full time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team.
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail orientated person with an outgoing personality.
This employment opportunity is a full time position, primarily Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with some evenings and every other weekend required.
NorthPoint Aviation is a full-service general aviation fixed base operation, providing aircraft fuel sales, new and used aircraft sales, light and heavy aircraft maintenance, avionics repair and installation, aircraft management and flight training for fixed gear and seaplane aircraft.
NorthPoint Aviation services a variety of single engine and twin engine aircraft, helicopters and corporate jets.
Responsibilities
Be the face of the organization and first point of contact for our customers.
Provide excellent customer service and facilitate fulfilling customer needs (including fuel orders, facilitating catering orders, arranging rental car and / or hotel, scheduling aircraft rental, etc.).
Provide Accounts Receivable support on a daily basis.
Basic office duties including filing documents, answering phones, completing customer invoices, etc.
Network with other airport vendors and airport management for various customer and vendor accounts.
Qualifications
Customer service experience, Accounts Payable / Receivable experience required
Excellent math, accounting, telecommunication, and basic office skills
- Must enjoy working with people, diverse and challenging situations
- Ability to multi-task and put the customer first
