What You’ll Do
Development project budget trackingParticipation, coordination, and task management in weekly project and regional meetings both internal and externalCompile project related material for transactional closings, RFP’s, investment memos and other Development presentationsCreate AIA contracts, Master Service Agreements, Designer / Engineering agreements and other contractsCompile expense reports and draw submission for bank reviewReview and process sub-contractor documentation (invoices, Pay-Apps, etc.)Help manage calendars to make travel, meeting, and event arrangementsMaintain electronic filing systemManage development platform databasesSensitivity to confidential mattersWork with various departments internally and externallyMaintain ongoing knowledge of up-to-date real estate and development documents and lawsRun office errands; the Post Office, banks, client / vendor offices, managed property and any other requested location pertaining to the office needsAre you passionate about pushing the limits? Who You Are
