Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate and attend career fairs, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication.Assist in the back-end coordination of offers, promotions, and transfers by ensuring documentation accuracy and timely processing.Support the end-to-end processing of candidates, from application review to onboarding, while providing a positive candidate experience.Support the Talent Acquisition team by maintaining all systems, including job postings, ad listings, reporting and recruiting databases.Assist with organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and special events.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.Assist with orientation as needed.Are you passionate about pushing the limits? Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.0-2 years' experience in HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or a similar role.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.Proficiency in HRIS / ATS systems and MS Office Suite for data management and reporting.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset.We are an equal opportunity employer.
