Salary: $35000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Document each customer contact in customer management software.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Report to our office each workday (This is NOT a Remote job).
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Must be a good team player and be able to give and welcome feedback from your manager and piers.
- If not licensed for Property & Casualty insurance, must be able to pass the required test and criminal background checks. Cost for licensing reimbursed upon completion of 30 days of employment.
