Compensation: $80,000-90,000/year
Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC, established in 2009, is a growing, behavioral healthcare treatment platform treating adults with substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions under the Northpoint Recovery brand and adolescents with mental healthcare conditions under the Imagine by Northpoint brand. The Company serves patients with commercial health insurance and is an in-network model. Northpoint has grown from two facilities to fifteen today entirely on a de novo basis with plans to expand rapidly in both existing and new markets. POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Clinical Supervisor will oversee the therapeutic services provided to a caseload of clients. This person will provide clinical supervision to other staff seeking clinical endorsement, which will include both clinical consultation and administrative tasks. This person will review and sign-off on chart documentation, organize and provide clinical trainings (to include CEU approval and certificates), and will take the lead on maintaining and implementing a healthy and ethical clinical environment for clients and team members. This person will also fulfill perform Counselor duties and provide direct care to Northpoint clients. This person will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to clients and their family members. The Clinical Supervisor will complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Provide counseling, assessments and group facilitation to individuals and families
- Ensure all persons providing counseling services are functioning within their competent parameters and maintaining education to do so
- Audit charts for policy and procedure compliance, appropriate documentation and completion of all internal paperwork and documents
- Assist and resource clinical team with needs for ongoing CEU requirements
- Create and deliver clinical competency trainings as needed
- Monitor and supervise incoming interns from various universities
- Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide quality client care
- Collaborate with assigned clients in the development of written treatment plans; include client and family involvement in assessment, treatment, education and discharge planning
- Monitor clients on an ongoing basis to continually assess needs and facilitate treatment and interventions
- Document clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, diagnostic summaries, and progress charting in a timely manner to assure comprehensive and quality client care
- Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and maintain effective working relationships with employees and peers
- Maintain professional boundaries with clients at all times
- Oversee and participate in the quality assurance and compliance activities of the facility
- Provide clinical updates to utilization review and representatives of managed care to best coordinate reimbursement of treatment services
- Coordinate with community based providers and referral sources to ensure optimal levels of care and treatment outcomes, post discharge
- Case staffing and individual case supervision
- Facilitate individual and group therapy
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
- Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences or other relevant field required
- Must hold an active substance use and/or mental health licensure in the state where treatment services are rendered
- Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements at hire, and for the entire duration of employment
- Must hold an active substance abuse and mental health licensure in the state where treatment services are rendered

- Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in relevant field
- Ability to work with a diverse population and possess strong interpersonal skills and knowledge required for treating clients assigned
- Must hold strong personal boundaries and able to build rapport with patients
- Must understand and adhere to the ethical standards of the respective licensure governing board
