What You’ll Do : Lead with Vision : Develop and execute a strategic plan that drives productivity and efficiency across multiple locations. Maximize Profitability : Guide each business unit to meet or exceed budgetary and profitability goals, while keeping a sharp eye on cashflow, work execution, and timely payment collection. Build High-Performing Teams : Hire, train, coach, and develop top talent across the region. Lead your team to achieve success by providing ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and support. Collaborate for Success : Work cross-functionally with other business units to share best practices and resources, driving operational excellence across the organization. Drive Growth : Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships that will lead to long-term growth. Lead with Integrity : Ensure compliance with safety requirements at all job sites, while making informed, decisive decisions that are in the best interest of the business. What You Need : Experience : 10 years in leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing teams and achieving financial success. Industry Knowledge : 5 years of experience in construction or a related trade with profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. Experience in residential services or similar businesses is a plus. Sales & Financial Acumen : Solid experience in sales leadership and proficiency in profit and loss statements. Able to clearly present financial and operational data to senior leaders. Leadership Excellence : Skilled in managing, motivating, and developing teams. Proven ability to assess performance and provide actionable feedback. Strategic Vision : Experience in developing strategic plans that drive business growth and optimize operational productivity. Strong Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from employees to senior leadership.
