Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor :
- Guide customers through the auto repair / maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer additional services and 'specials', schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion of work, review completed work order with customers, and ensure their satisfaction, and much more.
- Maintain high CSI score
