As a Community Mental Health Service Provider (CMHSP), Northpointe serves adults, children, and families with serious mental illness and developmental disabilities in the region.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Chief Executive Officer role located in Kingsford, MI. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing finance, operations management, and strategic planning to drive the organization's success and provide excellent behavioral health services to the community.
Qualifications
- In accordance with Michigan Mental Health Code Administrative Rules R330.2081.
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Psychology, Nursing Administration, or other field of management related to the administration of a county community mental health program.
- Five years of experience in a senior leadership role within a mental health, human services, or healthcare organization.
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to serving the needs of diverse communities.
- Must be eligible to obtain any required licenses for the state of Michigan.
- Valid driver's license.
- This is NOT a remote position and would require office hours in NBHS Kingsford, Michigan Administrative Office.
