Northpointe Pediatrics is seeking an Office Manager to lead our team so we can continue to provide exceptional care for our patients. The Manager will oversee the daily operations of our office including handling human resources, ensuring the office runs efficiently and assisting in financial management.
Responsibilities:
-Human resources including hiring, maintaining, scheduling and supervising staff
-Ensure efficient and effective office operations including provider and patient scheduling, overseeing the billing department and assisting our bookkeeper with financial information, purchasing and basic operations of the office
-Act as a liaison between our practice and patients/parents
-Oversight of our electronic medical record
Requirements:
-Associate degree or higher preferred. Medical office management experience required.
-Strong human resources background, leadership abilities, organizational and communication skills
-Knowledge of managed care practices and reimbursement systems preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
