What You'll Be Doing:

As the Loan Servicing Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our loan servicing team, overseeing complex loan servicing duties and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll handle everything from booking loans, posting payments, to balancing general ledger accounts and resolving issues. You’ll help lead a high-performing team, monitor department workflow, and ensure we're meeting those important deadlines!

Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll be responsible for:

• Lead & Inspire: Monitor the team’s daily workflow, provide training to new employees, and lead by example to keep things running efficiently.
• Solve Problems Like a Pro: Analyze and resolve complex loan issues, ensuring everything aligns with company policies and regulations.
• Supervise & Support:Oversee the loan servicing team when needed, ensuring compliance with key regulations like FCRA and ECOA.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan servicing requirements and loan structures
• Keep Things on Track: Post loan payments, track insurance exceptions, initiate ACH transactions, and monitor flood insurance policies.
• Be the Expert: Ensure the department is operating smoothly by preparing key reports, balancing accounts, and analyzing loan histories.

What We’re Looking For:

If you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the role for you! We need someone who’s got strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of loan servicing functions, and can thrive in a team environment.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 5 years of experience in loan documentation or servicing, with at least some experience in accounting.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to perform complex calculations and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage servicing requirements and loan structures
