Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, vital signs, and psychosocial support.
- Document resident interactions and communicate changes to nursing staff.
- Support wellness and recreational programs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years old and have a CNA certification or be enrolled in a training program.
- Complete annual continuing education requirements.
