Job Description:
Northside Swim Academy is looking to solidify and streamline its communication system with client. We are a growing swimming school that provides individualized swim lessons for all ages, water aerobics, and swim team services. We also offer mobile swim lessons, lifeguarding services, and we are beginning to launch our sub-brand "Northside Fitness", which will entail personal training. As of now we have all year round locations in LA Fitness locations in Sandy Springs and Snellville GA. We also are partnered with the ALOFT Perimeter Center Hotel to offer lessons for beginners in their pool and use their gym for our personal training clients. We also have seasonal locations in Powder Springs, Woodstock, Riverdale, Stockbridge, Lilburn, McDonough, and Suwannee. We are continuing to expand our reach and with that, we need substantial help with answering and clients and making sure our phones are being answered consistently.
We are looking for someone who is very tech savvy, with good communication skills, good organizational skills, and with a good work ethic lead client communications and manage other coordinators. We define a "client" as someone who has paid for one of our services at some point in time, so this coordinator position is specializing in management of this group of people. In this position you will be keeping track of client communications and making sure clients are being communicated with via phone call, text message, email, or direct message in a timely and professional manager. You will have a team of coordinators who will be able to take on a lot of these conversations, but as the head, you are in charge of making sure client's needs are being met and coordinators are relaying the correct information to them.
Compensation: $10.00 to $15.00 per hour
Job Roles/Responsibilities:
- Managing group of county coordinators who are assigned on phone shifts throughout the week
- Helping communicate via call, email, and text with clients that have questions and concerns
- Organizing and documenting client conversations so that leadership can know the needs and status of our clients
- Communicate frequently with County Programing General Managers and Location Managers about client conversations
- Keeping coordinators accountable for their assigned shifts and making sure everything is being documented correctly
- Covering any extra phone hours that the county coordinating team is not readily able to pick up
- Responding back to clients in a reasonable response time
- Sending end of shift emails to document progress for the day
- Sending client report emails to document client communications of the day
Requirements:
- Aquatics experience/background is HIGHLY preferred
- Good communication skills
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms and Google equivalents
- Self-Accountability and a hard working ethic
- Administrative experience
- Organizational skills
- Willing to go under a background check
- Bi-lingual (only will add to your chances, will not hurt if you are not bi-lingual)
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
