This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive an outstanding dining experience while managing the front-of-house team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations, including dining room service, reservations, and guest relations.
- Train, mentor, and lead staff members to deliver exceptional service in a casual dining environment.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Manage banquet services and catering events, ensuring smooth execution from setup to service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
