Northstar Fire & Protection is looking for an Administrative Assistant in our Lewisville, Texas office. In this position you will be responsible for a wide range of customer service and administrative duties.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Provide information to callers or take and relay messages, as needed
- Greet persons entering organization and direct to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain appointment schedule as requested to know who is coming and when
- Other duties assigned
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Be a confident self-starter who works well independently and team player as well
