Full Time Lot Attendant

NorthStar Ford is seeking a Full Time Lot Attendant!! This is a union position with set annual wage increases!

11:00am to 7:00pm Shift

Monday through Friday (Weekends Off)

As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for the cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of our lots and vehicles. This position works in a predominantly outdoor setting, so be prepared to be exposed to all weather types. Strong candidates for this position have impeccable thoroughness, meticulous detail, ability to self-manage but also work in a team setting, great customer service, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe working space
• Move and organize vehicles throughout our multiple lots
• Check-in and inspect new inventory
• Deliver vehicles to customers
• Maintain appearance of the dealership's lot and surrounding areas, including groundskeeping and snow removal tasks
• Fueling vehicles
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Must be able to work well in a team

The position requires the availability to work some holidays.
