Northstar Heating and Cooling , Orleans, MA. We've been installing, servicing, and designing efficient heating and air conditioning systems for home comfort in Cape Cod and islands area since 1992! We work on projects from simple residential boiler replacements to larger commercial air conditioning systems.

We are looking for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our Team!
Job Summary : Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting. This position will also be responsible for maintaining efficient internal controls, adherence to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures. Responsible for the supervision and training of administrative staff. Responsible for collections of receivables and ensuing payables are paid within terms.
Pay Range : $35.00 / hr.-$40.00 / hr- Depending on Experience
Hours : Mon - Thu 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Fri 7 : 30 AM - 11 : 30 AM.
