What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Technician position at Northstar Memorial Group?

Responsibilities
- Manage and work tickets via the service desk ticketing system within SLAs Monitor and respond quickly to incoming phone requests that relate to IT issues
- Maintain computer systems and act as support for system degradation/outages
- Responsible for end-user PCs, Printers, Servers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc)
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Information Technology field preferred
- CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A , or other certifications are a plus
- 2 years of experience in supporting computers and cloud-based technologies
- 2 years of experience supporting remote users and troubleshooting moderately complex issues
