Job Summary :
The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the enrollment processes across multiple childcare centers or preschools within the region. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain families, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience, and maintaining accurate enrollment records. The Enrollment Specialist works closely with Center Directors and the marketing team to achieve enrollment targets and enhance the reputation of the organization.
This position is located in Ogden, Utah and will support our four schools located in the area.

Key Responsibilities :
- Enrollment Management
- Develop and implement enrollment strategies to attract new families and retain existing ones.
- Monitor enrollment trends and adjust strategies to meet Enrollment goals.
- Support Center Directors in managing waitlists and ensuring timely communication with prospective families.
- Lead weekly meetings with Directors to keep up to date with student rosters and classroom availability.
- Family Engagement and Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families throughout the enrollment process.
- Answer all inbound inquiries on the phone and reach out to leads to schedule center tours.
- Conduct tours as needed, open houses, and informational sessions to showcase the programs.
- Provide personalized support to families, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Marketing and Community Outreach
- Create and distribute promotional materials and campaigns.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, community events, and partnerships, to increase visibility and attract new families.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, businesses, and schools to support enrollment efforts.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on key metrics.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrollment records across all centers.
- Utilize enrollment management software (IKS) to track applications, admissions, and retention data.
- Prepare and present regular reports on enrollment statistics, trends, and progress toward goals.
- Quality Assurance
- Regularly review and assess enrollment processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather feedback from families and staff to inform process improvements and address any issues.
- Perform additional responsibilities to support Regional Initiatives.
