Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiting Manager
The Senior Corporate Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing, mentoring, and developing subordinates in all facets of the recruiting process in support of the corporate functions. The Senior Corporate Recruiting Manager will ensure partnership with hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization and ensure best talent for each respective position. The Senior Corporate Recruiting Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
Essential Job Functions :
- Develop, coach, and mentor the team
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives as well as to maximize recruiting effectiveness
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals for various key stakeholder groups within the organization
- Develop strong relationships with Hiring Managers to facilitate efficient inter-departmental communication
- Conduct and ensure team conducts regular follow up with Hiring Managers and Candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
- Ensure recruiting team maintains all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Application Tracking System
- Perform other related duties as required
