As the Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive resident relations and delivering top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and fostering a sense of community among residents.
Responsibilities:
- Resident Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Property Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial management.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, effectively communicating important information and updates.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the on-site staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Must have Class A property management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry.
- Proven track record of leasing success and achieving occupancy goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and MS Office Suite.
- CAM strongly preferred
