Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.
- Certifications: Workspace ONE, Jamf Pro, or Intune certifications (preferred).
Preferred Skills and Abilities
- Advanced expertise with Workspace ONE UEM, Jamf Pro, Intune, Microsoft 365, iOS, and Android platforms using automated enrollment methodologies supporting corporate-owned, shared, ruggedized, and BYOD mobile devices.
- Experience with Windows 2xxx server, Cloud migrations of on-premises hosts (Azure, GCP), and deploying OVA/OVF configurations.
- Proficiency in configuration profiles, compliance policies, application management, and Entra/Active Directory integration.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) and experience with REST APIs for bulk administration tasks.
- Exceptional communication, technical writing, task management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Initiative to learn new technologies, make independent decisions, and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience acting as the technical lead for cross-functional teams, partnering with IT, security, compliance and end-use support teams.
- Collaborate with network, security, systems administration, and application teams to ensure service availability and resolve complex issues.
- Conducting systems integration testing to ensure compatibility with technical standards and policies.
- Evaluating and recommending hardware, software, and management tools for mobile devices and endpoints.
- Providing functional expertise and technical guidance to resolve production issues, serving as a Level 3 escalation point.
