Job Description
Responsible for overall team deliverables from project intake and scoping to managing timelines and expectations of clients. Plans, manages, and drives on-time delivery of programs and projects, manages stakeholders and resources across a portfolio ranging from integrated marketing and advertising, content creation and digital marketing.
Job Responsibility
- Plans, manages, and coordinates projects and ensures project initiatives and timelines are met. Coordinates the work activities for multiple functions to ensure satisfying delivery.
- Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
- Manages stakeholders and resources across portfolio ranging from integrated marketing and advertising, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Fosters accountability of cross-functional team leaders to resolve project issues and ensure project success.
- Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to the leadership.
- Identifies and raises project delivery issues with a goal to seeking resolution.
- Supports and collaborates with project sponsors, project leaders, creative and digital team on all aspects of projects.
- Assists in defining business requirements, understanding team priorities and identifying opportunities to optimize or consolidate creative materials.
- Reviews copy, layout and proofs for accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards, and coordinate team and client approvals of all creative deliverables.
- Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
