Senior Enterprise Communications Technician - Audio & Visual

Job Responsibility

• 1. Interacts with senior management with problem assessment and resolution of communication systems issues. Provides updates to senior management and/or their representatives regarding the status of problems and resolutions. 
  2. If applicable, works with various required software programs and databases order new devices, access user accounts, reset user passwords, and to create, update, and close tickets related to communications systems, services, and devices.
  3. Collaborates and serves as liaison between end-users, department leadership, and telecom vendors to order equipment, confirm pricing, and triage devices. 
  4. Provides continuous customer service, feedback, collaboration, and follow-up with clients regarding communication systems.  
  5. Manages issues, inquires, client needs and ensures timely resolution. 
  6. Assists management and other departments with special projects, presentations, and communication systems management. Monitors status of special projects/problems on an ongoing basis.
  7. Collaborates with department heads to minimize the use of resources, telecommunication supplies and equipment while maintaining or improving the quality delivery of communication services.
  8. Begins to make suggestions for improving services and creating efficiencies for processes that fall within the defined scope. 
  9. Compiles reports as needed in response to end-user inquiries.

Job Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

Highly Preferred:

• Open to 5 days a week onsite.
• Open to 7am - 3pm shift.
• Provide audio visual, pc and web based meeting collaboration support for senior meeting(s) at Corporate Headquarters.
• CTS Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Teams, and Zoom web conferencing applications.
