Description
The Investor Relations lead at Northwest Bank will work closely across finance, our business teams, and external parties to support the company's investor engagement and other finance programs. This high-profile role presents an opportunity to join a dynamic and highly productive team, with potential for advancement in the fields of investor relations and broader finance.
This role will analyze internal and external forecasts and results, peer data, and support the creation of quarterly earnings releases, conference calls and presentation content.
Essential Functions
- Monitor analyst and peer estimates, consensus estimates, sell-side research, and market-related trends impacting valuation and perception
- Support the creation of quarterly earnings releases, conference calls, and presentation content
- Prepare senior management for earnings calls and Q&A
- Lead industry trend analysis and competitive intelligence with strong and proactive deadline management without compromising quality
- Assist with setting up investor conference calls, analyst call-backs, and meetings
- Stay informed on relevant macro and sector news flow and trends; monitor and communicate internally about competitive information
- Other duties as assigned

Education
Bachelor's Degree Degree in Finance, Business or Economics or equivalent experience
Work Experience
2 - 3 years Financial analytics experience, including investor relations, public equity analysis, private equity investing, investment banking, or transaction services
2 - 3 years Experience in a customer facing role

Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, SEC and securities laws, economic principles, financial markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data
